Assetz Properties, a Bengaluru-based real estate player, approached us at CCS to shape the identity for their upcoming minimalistic, Japanese-inspired luxury project—66 & Shibui.
The project’s name draws from the Japanese aesthetic concept Shibusa, which celebrates beauty in simplicity and elegance, while 66 is a nod to the local pin code. Intrigued by this, we delved into the Principles of Shibusa and crafted a unique communication strategy centred around its core values.
A little about Shibusa: It’s all about finding beauty in the details, using natural textures and elements to create a sense of understated luxury. This philosophy guided every aspect of the project’s brand development—from the visual identity and website design to the launch campaign and print collateral, each meticulously crafted to reflect the essence of this sophisticated residential project.
The outcome? A refined, tranquil identity that communicates the project’s boutique appeal, standing out in the luxury real estate landscape.
