Following the success of 66 & Shibui, Assetz Properties returned to CCS with an exciting new challenge: to shape the identity of their upcoming mixed-use development project that brings together luxury residences and vibrant retail spaces.
We began by conceptualising a brand name that seamlessly integrates modern convenience, luxury, and nature. The next step was crafting a communication strategy and visual identity that embodied this unique blend, reflecting the project’s key USPs: expansive open-to-sky balconies, a thriving retail space, community-centric living, and close proximity to all essential amenities and transit routes.
The result? A sophisticated and lively identity that speaks to the urban lifestyle while staying grounded in elegance and nature.
